Local Sales Supervisors for Shanghai or Beijing
Profile:
- Profound knowledge in natural science, preferably a master degree in chemical engineering, biochemistryor chemistry.
- Minimum three years distributor management experience
- Minimum three years’ experience in sales and support for lab consumables /scientific equipment/instruments
- Preferably some practical working experience in labs in the scientific field related to chemistry and/or industry and/or biology
- Fluent English, Chinese as native language
- Communication skills
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Technical interest and Hands-On-Mentality
- Team worker
Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Regional market analysis in order to source and explore new/open potentials and customers
- Product- and application-related pre-sales as well as customer service in the field
- Customer visits by regional as well as domestic travel activities which will consume at least 80% of the working time
- Maintain and improve existing relationships within industry, research and science
- Work closely with users, decision makers, distributors and specialised trade organisations
- (Planning, preparation) Participation in local trade shows
- Act as local assistance and support link between trade organisations and end users.
