PCR sealing mats have been designed to fit BRAND PCR plates exactly and reduce evaproation losses by up to 75% compared to conventional systems. They are characterized by their high flexibility, tight sealing, autoclavability and are easily pierced by pipette tips.

PCR sealing films are thermostable and pressure resistant and thus ideal for use with thermal cyclers with heated lids. All filma are DNA-, DNase- and RNase-free.

按颜色分类（红、黄、绿、紫、蓝色），PP材质。可用于样品制备，可放置0.2 ml 单管，八联管，十二联管及96孔PCR板。将盒盖拆下后可堆叠。耐受-80 °C 至 121 °C 的温度。

含透明盖，PP材质。可防止样品升温。低温储存盒可将样品温度恒定于4 °C , 保持3小时左右。若温度达7 °C 以上，盒内凝胶会由紫色变为玫瑰红色。可放置0.2 ml 单管，八联管，十二联管及96孔PCR板。
