I cannot press the pipetting button of my Transferpettor macro completely down the bottom. The seal reaches the end of the tip before. The volume is too low about 1 ml. What is the reason for this?
To avoid this problem you have to press the pipetting button fully down when attaching the new tip.
Is the problem not solved, the piston rod is loose. Therefore, in the next step you have to tighten the piston rod locking device.
