Declaration on the absence of health hazards
The "Declaration on the Absence of Health Hazards" is available for download in four languages and two different formats. To download please click with the right mouse button on the appropriate version and choose "Save Target As.." to name the saving-location on your computer. As mentioned versions in Microsoft® Word 7 and in Rich-Text-Format (.rtf) are available. The completed form should be enclosed in the package when instruments are returned to BRAND.
