A structured and transparent application process is very important to us. Therefore, we have listed the 8 steps for you below – from submitting your application to your first day of work at BRAND. This way you already know what to expect next before sending us your application documents.

Step 1:

Submitting the application documents

 

You have found a fitting position or would like to submit an unsolicited application? Then send us your complete application documents via the following e-mail address: jobs@brand.de.

 

Step 2:

Confirmation of receipt

 

Once we have received your application, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. Your documents are forwarded to the contact person in Human Resources and the relative department.

Step 3:

Document review by Human Resources and the relevant department

 

Your application documents are promptly reviewed. We will then give you feedback as quickly as possible.

 

Step 4:

Initial interview with Human Resources and the relevant department

 

You have aroused our interest and we would like to get to know you in person. Both Human Resources and the relevant department take part in the initial interview.

Step 5:

Second interview

 

You impressed us during the initial interview and would also like to become part of our team? Then, depending on the position, an additional interview takes place in which we can get to know each other even better and answer any open questions.

 

Step 6:

Contract offer

 

We can envision a positive cooperation and would like to have you on our team. Human Resources contacts you with a contract offer.

Step 7:

Signing the employment contract

 

The employment contract is signed on site at the company or we send the contract documents to you by mail and you send the signed documents back to us.

 

Step 8:

Welcome to our team!

 

Human Resources and the relevant department will get in touch with you before your first day to provide you with all the information you need for a successful start. We look forward to welcoming you to our team!

You are welcome to send us an unsolicited application. To do so, also use the above-mentioned e-mail address (jobs@brand.de) and let us know what field of work you are interested in. You can find our current job openings in our job exchange, which is regularly updated.

We would appreciate it if you sent us your complete application documents by e-mail. These should include a cover letter, gladly with reference to the open position, as well as a resume, without gaps in your employment/education, and your certificates and references.

After you have sent us your application, you will first receive a confirmation of receipt. Your documents are then reviewed and you will receive a response as quickly as possible.
