As of June 2024, a new software and motor control unit make automatic pipetting even more simple, easy, and efficient.
Higher aspirating and dispensing speed:
A more powerful motor in our Motor Control Unit Generation II enables higher speeds when aspirating and dispensing liquids. This can increase the pipetting performance of the whole system.
The new software version 4.3 is required to control our new Motor Control Unit Generation II:

Improved pipetting performance by wiping tips:
With the new automated wiping function, drops can be wiped off, which can improve the accuracy and coefficient of variation of the pipetted volume and reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
Only a software upgrade but no hardware upgrade is required to use this function. The wipe function is then activated with just a few clicks in the software.
Additional system languages
In the new Liquid Handling Station Software 4.3 you can now choose between different system languages (English, German, French, Spanish and Chinese).
