1. Create a customer account
First, register for a customer account in the BRAND Online Shop if you do not already have one.
2. Add products to your wishlist
Add the desired products to your wishlist by clicking "Inquiry" on the respective product page. You will then be redirected directly to your shopping cart, where you can also access your wishlist or directly add products with the item number.
3. Generate a quotation
Click "Generate Quotation" . The quotation will be created automatically and sent to the email address associated with your account.
4. Manage your quotations
All generated quotations can be found in your customer account under "My Offers".
5. Place an order with a Quotation
To place an order, go to "My Offers", select Action > Add to Cart for the desired quotation, and complete the checkout process.
Yes, individual prices can be transferred to your BRAND Online Shop account.
However, if special conditions have been agreed between your company or organization and BRAND, these must be activated separately. Please send us an email with your customer number to online@brand.de and include “Special Conditions” in the subject line. We will then activate the agreed conditions for your account.
